Thanks for the follow up, Anti. That sucks, though. MSCs seem to be taking more and more liberties in violating contracts after we've agreed to them. I guess it's because, well, why not? What can we do about it? Lose more time and money taking them to court? They know they can get away with just about anything.

These concerns are precisely why a minimum wage and labor laws were created after the conditions leading to the civil war in the US over a century ago, followed by the abusive death trap sweatshops using child labor that followed.
And precisely why so many companies have embraced the "gig" contractor business model - to skirt those regulations. It seems to be working well for them.
Once I realized the phrase in the long red paragraphs that said, "Do not shop before 4/15" I didn't even take pictures. Just put it in my records as a business loss. I thought I screwed up the date until I saw these comments.

uh-oh...i just picked up the pep/sausage/mushroom requirement one. Is this the one you are referring to @sestrahelena ?
I scheduled one for yesterday (4/14) and then when I went to submit the report, all the pizza shops were adjusted to be from 4/15-4/20 and I couldn't save my report. I still have the email that said it was assigned for and was due on 4/14, so
I can't even count how many times I've had shops returned for receipt issues! Mostly because the register's time was wrong. I never look at that part. I'm guessing you emptied the trash after deleting those photos. I probably would. And the same has happened to me. You are not alone!
Heads up on the "Jabba" pizza - they are still on the Sassie platform and now require four additional pizza photos. This closely resembles the "mutilated pizza" shops of years gone by. It includes countless new ways of getting grease all over your hands, clothes, vehicle, phone, etc!
I am. Make sure to include an "N/A" answer so shoppers who have never done work for individual companies don't have to supply fake ratings just to get through. Some MS reports require that, with a later explanation, because N/A is not an option on some forms.
There is a contact email on the job listing. You may want email this question to the MSC. They should be able to tell you for sure what the current policy is.
Sounds like Ipsos's Shopmetrics site and app. Shuts down constantly, losing everything. Multiple re-entries required. No other Shopmetrics site behaves that way. I don't even try to use it on the road anymore. I take my frustrations home and deal with it in comfort.

Has anyone ever done these and not purchased anything?
A. That would be contrary to guidelines and an automatic shop rejection.
B. Why would anyone NOT buy something that would be reimbursed?
C. There are instructions on what to do if the station or store is closed and/or out of gas. Read them.
D. Posting a large part of an MSC's proprietary guidelines on a public fo
Is there a way to search by radius of zip code on the dinosaur site a la most other platforms? It's been so long since I've done work for them that if I knew at one time, I've forgotten now. Can't find anything about it on their prehistoric site. I can see stuff in my immediate 30-mile area and it is nothing that interest me. Don't worry, Cool your area's safe, I don't go THAT far!
So I use the web version but there is a notice today: "iOS users: new app version available to fix issues caused by iOS 26."
The issues weren't caused by Presto's ineptitude, no. It's the phones' fault. *eye roll* The stones on these guys!

When it mentions about the safety vest, did they send you one?
It says quite specifically in the guidelines, which are available to view before accepting the shop, that they do not supply or pay for the safety vest. You can find even more information and answers to questions by reading the guidelines.
Planning personal errands along a shopping route ( or planning your shops on a personal errand route) at least keeps your mileage as a business expense and saves gas.
But wait! There's more! After you take 10 sticker pics for that model, you need 10 pics of the next model listed. And so on and so on. And get the online prices for all of them per each individual VIN. Sounds like a multi-day project to me.

During enrollment, when they have all of the seminars everywhere, agents tend to tout the OTC card and the ability to buy food with it. As anyone who has fallen for that - like me - knows, rare are the people who can use the card for groceries. There are very specific requirements and, unless you have one foot in the grave, the card cannot be used for groceries. It will still cover OTC items such
