How so that TNS was a good MSC? They had profitable shops when offered, and paid in a reasonable time frame. I never had issue with them when it came to getting paid.

i think that ACE is remarkably transparent. Julie is quite prompt in responding to inquiries and concerns. Same with Deva, even when she hasn't had her coffee on some days. Even ACE's editors give feedback.
I think that the Zoom platform is super easy to navigate, yet I'm quite surprised at the on-site clients that aren't ready to conduct Zoom calls when their higher ups dictate virtual tour mandates. I'm finding that most on-sites are requesting IOS alternatives (Facetime), and even Google chat.
My experiences with JM Ridgeway have been fair over the last 12 years. Nikki can be hot or cold on some days, yet I find her to be both very responsive and effective in how she does her job.
