Re: Our favorite mystery shopping tiktoker is back - 2 months ago

In that response, I see one fact and one popular opinion. MSPA is a training opportunity for shoppers. (Last I knew, we could choose gold and/or silver certification). In the opinion of numerous posters here, MSPA does not blatantly advocate for or promote shoppers. Should it? Can it? It seems to be about the clients whose jobs MSPA provides to shoppers. In this role,it MSPA needs to establish

Wonder if the OP will find their way back here and continue their good fight... Meanwhile, on another front, there is the fascinating book 'The Good Fight Continues'by Peter N. Carroll. History, language, reasons to fight traditionally and irregularly, and whatever each reader will find... all present and accounted for... This is the 51st season of SNL. What. It seemed like better news than the latest school shooting. And, it prevents a wee diatribe about the warping of Matthew (... suffer the children and hinder them not... does not mean make them suffer and die!) Ahem.

Hi, terrys! And, welcome to the forum! You are in the General Chat portion of the larger forum. This is for everything except business. For a more businesslike point of view, may I suggest the Mystery Shop and Mystery Shop Company sections? They are devoted to the business of mystery shopping. There are additional sections- for merchandising, job announcements, and new shoppers. Good

Re: What are your atomic habits? - 2 months ago

So another atomic habit is spending too much time online, generally. At the end of this week (presumably) I will know what to change in other areas- and end up offline, more productive, and free of unanticipated additional time-oriented issues. Ironically, I found my way to getting up reeaaallly early in the morning and loving both the morning and early activity many years ago, and long before I

Re: What are your atomic habits? - 2 months ago

Thank you. I am guessing that my little change, to more extensive use of e-audio materials, counts as atomic. This little change makes my reading/listening/learning/amusement/working/working out/etc. easy to fit into each day and into most places. I actually do more of what is important now than I did when I was reading the tangible books almist exclusively. This consistent action is the way

Re: What are your atomic habits? - 2 months ago

Atomic? Have not read that book. Practical? Definitely! I have begun using audio and e-audiobooks on my phone more often. Oldies, such as classics in the public domain, are on one app. The library has numerous and newer resources. The Bible is on an app that has features for reading, listening, and studying. You can choose among versions and even set a timer within the app for each session! All

Re: What are some things that you spend money on, to treat yourself? - 2 months ago

That sounds like someone's idea of wonderful. Even if funds materialized and I could afford luxury, I would only want my own little private experience. Spa services will probably become cost prohibitive, and I do not foresee returning to spas. The only thing to do is continue to refine my diy efforts. At home, I use my few accumulated gadgets, time, visualuzation, will, and intention. My effor

Re: What are you currently reading? - 2 months ago

Have been reading a bit of news. Goofiest news? Cracker Barrel ditched the mac 'n' cheese colored figure and barrel. Apparently, "old-timey" is bad and modern looking is good. I do not prefer the ever more modern aesthtic that is on the verge of overtaking our world. It just seems soulless, and it repels me. There should be as much as possible for us to behold that ranges from oldest surviving to

We might have different ideas about spa visits. I like (well, liked) my own little massage in a calm, quiet room. My purpose was to relax. Groupie nudie stuff sounds yucky!

Re: What are some things that you spend money on, to treat yourself? - 2 months ago

No judgment. Only hearty approval. Tolls are what they are. Spa visits give us someone who can help because they literally reach parts of us that we can't get to, even on a good day. Spa visits should not be just a luxury. ! I miss spa visits.

Re: Uber eats packaging study - 2 months ago

How much time and effort is involved with obtaining $200 of food from the grocery shops? How does this compare to the uber packaging shop? Not a no-brainer. I am temporarily homebound (no vehicle) and could evaluate packaging. I will not do this because it is not feasible to spend my money and wait for reimbursement. I also limit salt and sugars and might not want the designated range

Re: Uber eats packaging study - 2 months ago

Someone, possibly on another forum, wrote about a possible additional value. Mind you, they did not specifically state mystery shop. It seems reasonable to go one step farther and use the idea for a known mystery shop. Salvage/harvest the meal components and use ingredients in expected and unexpected ways. I have not tried this, but I would consider it for some food.
