What is going on over there. I have received 31 Email just TODAY from them. Most of them are the same jobs just repeating. I really do not need to be told thatvoften about their openings. It is a bit of overkill.
Today i did some jobs up in Santa Fe, NM. If you have never been it is a world unto itself. I had a manager go off on me because they were busy. I tried to tell them what i was doing and they got right down nasty. I told them i dont appreciate the aggression or attitude. I said i will do what i need to do and absolutely report them as extremely hostile. I know no one is going to care. After takin
We have one here that I actually stopped shopping because it is across the street from the men's homeless shelter and they are some scary people. Normally I don't really worry about them but some of these guys are strung out and scary so I stopped shopping it.
Valero is back on the board now but they have a few changes to this time around. Biggest one is you have to take an overall photo with geotagging on the FRONT of the picture. I know it is embedded in my picture but it wants it on the front of the photo. The geotagging photo is attached at the very end, it is the same questions and answers as before. Also you are to take photos of any homeless enc
My mom was a cashier at a grocery store for YEARS. Before we knew she had a brain tumor that was causing her to have personality issues the stories I heard from the managers on what she said to customers was hysterical. The only thing that saved her job was she had been there for years and they loved her. We knew something was wrong but just not exactly what it was.
One customer bought beer a
Let me tell you about one I did last year. I did all my stuff then went to the cashier and gave them the LOA and he was a teenager and was giving me a hard time. It was really late in the day and he called the manager over acting all superior that he stopped some interloper from doing shady things. That manager went absolutely bat crap crazy on him. I felt really bad for him, she yelled at him th
I name all my cars so much so that all my friends even refer to my car by its name. Currently, I have a Toyota Camry named Edward, previously it was a Prius named Percy, a black dodge charger names Lancelot du Luc, I had a Saturn named Marvin, a Malibu named Raphael, a Cavalier named Alvin and the original a Buick named Quincy.
Good news. Yes my pay for the job was only $5 HOWEVER, it appears they did leave the bonus on. Not the best but each one ended up being $18 versus $25 but you know what I will take it.
I had the most disappointing route on Saturday. I was excited to get 14 Marathons at $25 each. I threw a few Valero's in there and made myself a very nice profit...or so I thought. I only had to drive about 2 hours to get out there and it was a really nice day. Got to my first Marathon and saw they were being transitioned to Sinclair. I asked inside if all the Marathons were going to Sinclair and
I feel that way about almost every survey. I worked for a Market Research company I know what it costs to do those surveys. So if they can get them done for free they love it. The only ones I will do for free is if a poller calls me on the phone. Cause those people are working for their money so I am usually very nice to them.
I got an email back yesterday saying Presto's 1099's went out the beginning of January from a company called Track1099.com I search through all my emails and I have nothing. They did send me a copy of it and it looks like they did not remove the reimbursables. I already gave my CPA what I made based on my records.
Has anyone gotten one from Presto? There is a video on facebook that says you have to submit a help ticket for your W9. However, that was the document we completed at the beginning giving them our information.
I'm confused, according to the video on IPSOS's facebook page you have to submit a "help request" for your W9. However, W9 is the tax form we completed when we originally signed up. It gives them our name, address and SSN. I need a 1099 not a W9. Anyone got their 1099 from Presto?
I don't think any of us will qualify. I certainly hope that when I am 99 I am not doing any gas station audits. But with our economy you never know.
If you meet the following qualifications, you can immediately SELF ASSIGN shops to yourself:
* Your Shopper Rating must be at least 10
* Your age must be 99 years or More
Having experienced a ton of issues with one specific editor the past few months I can understand the frustration. But, before I did something stupid and shot myself in the foot like refusing to do those jobs again, I reached out to this specific editor and asked for her advice on what they were looking for and what could I do differently to fix my issues. She was absolutely amazing. Her response
That was my exact thought. This was not a hill worth dying on. I was fed up and frustrated and I truly think the editor was on a power kick and enjoying every minute of the jobs she returned. Most were for non existent infractions such as dirty canopies that were not dirty. So I started marking every single canopy as dirty just out of spite.
I have had more problems with the Marathon editor this go around than ever before. And it is just one editor that I am having non stop problems with. The last job she returned for edits I told her to just decline the job because no matter what it will not be to her standards and I was done trying to figure out what she wanted. She wanted me to make notes of the "MULTIPLE" branding infractions at
I typically don't they we all know they change the reports when they get them. I have seen it when they return the jobs that often they will rewrite what we write. I really don't care but when you get them returned constantly it gets really annoying. But when another editor does them they go through just fine.
