Last month, we experienced issues with the shopper profile section of the ShopMetrics platform, which prevented some shoppers from seeing assignments. There were also issues beyond our control that prevented some shoppers from seeing assignments. When these issues were brought to our attention, we looked into them, and after a few days, the problem was corrected.

Just as an aside...I was, I’m sure, this location’s worst nightmare one day. Did the shop (a local one), came home and put on my nitrile gloves to do the pictures.
I notice the pizza (medium pepperoni) looks weird but whatever...

I asked the company...they said its approved for mother's day. You have to have a shop for them to reference before they'll say "yes" or "no"....so I had to accept a shop. BTW...the MAOs are all being rejected now... That's a downer.

They have this BBQ client. I try to do one a month. I noticed I hadn’t done one since January. I was wondering if they had stopped.

They were focused on speed of service and appearance issues. They wanted to make sure stores were in compliance (offering gift cards at the register), proper promotional item signage, etc.
By “they”...you mean the individual franchisee or the home office? I always assumed the home office forced the franchisees to have some sort of program to show improvements
I always assumed that the home office required the franchises to have a continuous quality improvement program of sorts and that drove our assignments. In essence, I always assumed we were “narcing” on them. Other than that, yeah, I don’t see where they get much of a ROI for the amount of evaluations we perform.

Do as many double-ups as you can--if the prices are worth it. Here is an example. MSC starts with an “I” but not the BIG MSC.... They do gas station shops for a company that starts with a C and their logo is a triangle. They have a huge sign out in Fenway. Anyway...a lot of times each of the lo

Hello and good morning.
Some of the shops state that you can buy a side item of your choice and list them; Fries, Tots, Onion rings, Mozz Sticks.
I never have been "brave" enough to order anything other than tots or fries as this has been (as far as I know) the standard side item for the shops regardless of MSC. Has anyone ordered the O-Rings or Mozz Sticks? If you have, have you gotten

Each gig with an EPMS loaner was a trial run as there were a couple of different series of cameras in their inventory.

Love the latest version I purchased after borrowing older ones from EPMS.
It paid for itself at some point into the 3rd job I did with it. It only goes out when there is more than $200 being paid, and has proven to be a worthwhile investment.

A lot of the work I did was for Grace Hill. Very long reporting form but they pay well. The pay is consistent but it's slow. Like I did two projects on the same day and I think I reported them on the same day. I was paid a month apart for them. But I was paid. Unlike s
