Yep, I'm getting tons of email from RBG the past few days, too! I don't open them, just delete them. If I'm curious as to what jobs they may have available, I'll go log in to their site. I'm ALMOST tempted to boot them as spam!!

Call the Midwife just aired it's last season - 16th, bitter sweet ending. They are planning a prequel and a movie.
WOW!! 16 seasons!!!! I thought the 5 year DVD set my sister sent me was it! I never pursued it afterwards, because I got back busy with life after recovering from my mastectomy. But what I saw of the 5 years of the series, I thoroughly enjoyed!
Just last week I had a similar scam, which I recognized as such, in my PayPal account. I received $0.10 MXN....of all things! Along with that was the usual email message about calling such and such a number, blah, blah, blah. What I did was call Paypal customer service. The gal on the other end said they were checking these sorts of things out, and just simply reversed the Mexican peso back to wh
Years ago, PBS had the series "Call The Midwife". My sister sent me the 5 DVD set of the series back in 2014, when I was recovering from my mastectomy. Being an RN by training, I really enjoyed the reality of the delivery scenes, along with the various plot lines.
I saw that, too. I'll have to mull it over in my mind, since the fee seems quite reasonable. It does look like it will require a good bit of time. Maybe someone will do one and report here.

And, you do have to manually check your App Store for updates because GSC doesn’t send notifications.....Hope this helps.
Yes, it DID help! Thanks for mentioning that. Sure enough, I just checked GSC and it opened without saying it required an update. And so then I went to the app store, and sure enough, I had to update the app! So thank you for mentioning that GSC does not automati
I dropped them a couple of years ago. Way to much work for the pay. Plus, others have mentioned in previous posts about them what @weatherman above wrote....that they will find every excuse NOT to pay you for your work! My advice would be to uninstall the app and forget about them!
Well, that notice brought back memories of my first VW Beetle back in the late 70's. Motor in the back and all. My first 4-on-the-floor standard shift! And THIS VW would let me pull out the ignition key while I was driving!!! Such memories! Sorry to go off-track, but the memories.....!!

I've talked to so many store managers or owners on the phone. I leave the letter, explain myself and move on. I have had customers call the cops on me, I've been followed from one location to the next, and I have had my photo and my car, and my license plate photographed.
I don't do gas station shops just because of instances such as the one listed above. There are many other in

I would report what happened.
Me too! Back in the day, there were a LOT of problems with Wells Fargo signing people up without their knowledge. I'm sure the Client would like to know what happened to you. Even if there's no space in the report to tell what happened, send someone in the Company an email!
There is a section here on the Forum for "New Mystery Shoppers". There are so many good tips that even after 20+ years of mystery shopping, I will occasionally go back and re-read some of the topics. You may want to take a look at it to see if any of the information is helpful to you, even over there in Australia! Good luck!
Well, your post brought back memories of when I first started mystery shopping in 2005. Back in 2005-2006, I picked up a shop THAT I THOUGHT was in a nearby state from me, some 30 miles (48 km) away, as it was highly bonused to like, $60.00 (one of the golden arches great bonuses back in the day). HOWEVER, when I read the instructions more closely, it was in a city of the same name in MY state, n
It seems you've summed it up quite well in a relatively short amount of time! And I believe that you are located over in Australia, but the companies over here in the US rack up about the same way as over there! Good post. Thanks for sharing.

They change the rules each year - after open enrollment. So they all might be completely different by the next time you can change.
Yes! Excellent point! I need to remember that come next October!

Both Anthem and Humana allow for the purchase of groceries. Anthem had $50/month. Humana had $125/month accumulative for either groceries and OTC stuff. Anthem had $150/ quarter for OTC.
Are either Anthem or Humana picky about which vitamins/supplements are allowed? I might be interested in looking into one of those for my hubby next year if they allow all the usual vitamins/suppl
My husband has an OTC card with his United Health Care Medicare Advantage Plan. $45.00/month. This particular card is for folks with chronic diseases such as diabetes (he has) and cardiac conditions. This card *DOES* allow him to purchase groceries. I know. I'm the one who gets them for him. Bread, eggs, navel oranges, cereal, sugar-free jelly, etc. Many, many food items. BUT>>>>this
Well, I guess I'll answer my own question.....got a notification on my dashboard yesterday for an upcoming visit for St James Tea...HOWEVER, whereas they used to be visited every two weeks, the DATE RANGE is now for A WHOLE MONTH!! So I guess that answers that question!! Once a month now instead of every two weeks.
Has anyone else out there been doing the every-two-week check on the St James Tea in the Fresh Market stores??? Isn't it PAST DUE to have the scheduling for these on our dashboards? Haven't seen them yet. My last ones were done the 3rd week in February. But haven't even seen them on the merch site to be scheduled...at least not on my computer. Anyone else noticing this or heard anything about thi
It's been over a year since I've been in my area Costco for a merchandising job. I'm not a member. But when I've gone there wearing my lanyard, having my LOA, and asking to sign in the vendor log, I've never had any issue with going inside to do my job. I don't do jobs there often, but if I ever accept another merch job there, it'll be interesting to see if I can get in as a non-member merchandis

Name? I've never needed a name.
Names were asked for in the app I used for the JH kiosks at WMart, names for both the Associate who showed me where the kiosk was, and the name of the JH employee.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I agree with @Weatherman2111above, in that you don't need to go to customer service. I have always just asked the person at either entrance door where the JH kiosk is because I have to take some pictures of it. I get the person's name and go on to the kiosk. I've never had a problem.

What did you say? I've been asked twice if I was a shopper and would LOVE a good response.
I was asked once during a grocery mystery shop if I was their shopper. I played dumb and asked what they meant. The person went on and on about it. So I acted excited and said, "Oh, I can get paid real money to come shop here? How do I sign up?" That did it....the person looked said and gave
These are easy-peasy! If there are no clients present, you're in and out in 5 minutes. I've done 3 WMs near me. You do have to check the JH website to make sure of the hours of each WMs kiosk so you don't go on a day that they have off. But super easy.
Well, hubby & I went and had our blood drawn this morning for our yearly lab work, in preparation for our yearly Medicare wellness visit next week. Our results will be up in My Chart before our visit, so we can see how bad (or good!) we've been this past year!
