If I can route enough airport shops for a few MSCs, I'll purchase a Southwest ticket. Southwest has probably the best policy for refunds. You can refund up to 10 minutes before the flight departs.

@Jenny Cassada The escorts aren't too bad. For the most part, they stand a distance away from you (i.e. They'll stand outside the store/restaurant while you do the shop). They just need to be able to see you.
Customer Service Experts is the main one. They handle a majority of airport shops. Service Sense and Ann Michaels have a few at a couple of major airports
Trader Joe's alcohol compliance, Chase credit card inquiry, 3 United Pacific gas station audits, Panda Express online order, Lowe's, Calfornia Bank & Trust account opening. Also picked up a last-minute bonused Patient Point brochure replacement shop. $63 for 4 racks.
@BirdyC They offer badges at SFO and LAX if you sign up to do their route shops. For a couple of the other airports (MIA and JFK), they offer an escort to get you past security for the route shops.
Yeah, they're definitely not out of business. They're constantly picking up new clients in my area. They've started scheduling for some of MartizCX's bank shops.
@Gooseman It's a pretty easy job and the report is short. If it's bonused to $18-23 and it's on the way for a mystery shop route I'm doing, then it's worth my time. The food's not great so I usually just take a tiny bite of the burger, eat one fry, and toss the rest into the compost bin.
I don't get it when people take it for $7... There's a shopper in my area that takes the location closest t
I'm so done with Trendsource. I called a few days ago and was informed I couldn't do it on 12/29 due to a last-minute client request/requirement. I got it rescheduled it to 1/3 instead. I just got an email tonight from the scheduler with terrible grammar and spelling begging me to change it back to 12/29.
I find their account openings and referral shops for their major bank client to be easy, and they pay pretty well, especially when they're bonused toward the end of the round.
It's pretty easy. Wait until it's bonused. They usually sit on the board and will get bonused quite a bit. I would just avoid doing the shop at the location where you actually opened the account at. It can get awkward if they call over the banker that helped you open the account and they remember you.
I just checked my account and the shop got changed to 12/24-12/26 without anyone notifying me... Have to contact Trendsource again...

Dave Ramsey's credit card advice makes sense for his general target population: People who are in serious debt and lack self-control with spending. If you're in debt, you shouldn't be using a credit card at all.
I definitely don't agree with his counterpoints about not using a credit card for personal expenses if you aren't in debt and set a strict spending budget/track every e
