IPSOS - scoring. I don't have any problems getting 10's on any other MSC's. I don't know how their editors grade but I rarely if ever get a 10. I get mostly 9's with an occasional 7. I just wrote up a shop in excruciating detail, hit all the points being asked in the briefing, explained every no, and I still got a 9.
Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Jason said the wagyu burger was gross... But he got it at the arby's here in town, and they couldn't cook themselves out of a paper bag.
Arbys doesn't have grills -- they are prepared sous vide. Basically simmered to temp in a vacuum-sealed bag.
I've heard lots of feedback both ways.
Arby's were until this round all drive-through so I could grab two and it was dinne

So i do the online order and get to the location. It's a hot mess. They are not ready. Several others are waiting and the manager is blowing thru the line of walk-in people. I stopped her and said my order comes first. She said, "We are busy." I told her I did not care and I ordered AND PAID before these people walked in the door and stood in line. She made my food, but
I usually go with a friend because the one time I go alone someone will not order either a mixed drink or a draft beer and you are required to observe both pouring behaviors. And that I'll order an appetizer to share. I noticed the fee has been dropped by $5.. So I may wait a while for them to get a bit more picked off the board.. Also didn't realize they were available at lunchtime, the ones I
Did you actually receive a payment or did your shops just get moved over to the paid board? I see that my shops were moved but the pay date wasn't until 4/15 and my credit Union doesn't show receipt of funds yet
UPDATE - got an ACH today. I understand people got PayPal yesterday.

I just sent them a message and I got my pay like 15 minutes later. It is just a coinciden
All six shops i am owed by BM moved to the paid board with an estimated pay date of 4/15/21. Last time i was paid before the promised date.
I will start checking my credit union for money.
Regardless as fun as it has been eating on their dime; this party is over
My payments all got pushed back from the 3/31 payment schedule to the 2/28 payment schedule. Not sure what if anything that means but hopefully it means that payment is on the way.
Correction bsck to 3/31 this morning.
Yesterday went to the nursing home after my morning re-employment class.
My dad had his 2-week evaluation. It's just daunting to see what a grasp dementia has taken over him -- his evaluations show that he's at the point where he may soon need full-time support. The staff earnestly feels that they can get him to functionally improve more over the next two weeks -- at this time they aren't

As a moderate Trekkie I can't think of Earl Grey tea without thinking of Jean-Luc Picard (the Patrick Stewart character).
In the new Paramount+ reboot of Picard, they are in an alternate universe... he was served a cup of coffee to his utter distain.
If you see the other BM shop thread, someone on the Facebook mystery shop board has already opened a complaint with the Minnesota AG.
Perhaps the more pressure the more likely we'll be paid. Or they file bankruptcy. Who knows at this point.

Bestmark blows. I hope you all get your payments, but the sooner they go away the better.
They were a great firm for a long time. I hope they can get their s##t sorted out. But first yes I do want to be paid.
As I expected, the complaint someone made to MN Labor and Industry was sent back. The DOLI rep suggested filing a complaint with the MN AG:
Someone on the Facebook forum has reached out to a contact at the Minnesota Department of Labor and industry. I'm not sure what a wage and hour division can do about independent contractor payments but it sounds like they are going to be preparing a file and turning it over to be strange general. More as I find out more.

He told me he's been with the company almost 18 years. Starting as the office manager, got laid off during the pandemic, now back as a "senior project man
Sorry to vent again. Went to work today to find out my coworker who is the only one who keeps my sanity at work is quitting. F***. I really need to redouble my efforts to find permanent employment in some field that relates to what I used to do in life when I owned a business with my parents. That and everything that is going on with my dad has me really feeling incapable and overwhelmed. I'
How long were the shops held for you once you accepted them? Sometimes it's several days (audits) sometimes it's only an hour or two (C-stores, etc.) If they're back on the map and available, I've been able to re-claim them as long as they're still available.
It's getting close to EOQ as well and I've seen some shop descriptions say they only need so many and they're subject to cancellatio

Were they bought by ISS or Insight Intouch? I thought ISS was a platform for many companies.and did not realize they owned all of those companies.
Correction - they were bought by (and payments now say they are coming from) Intouch Insight. But Intouch Insight no longer post jobs on Sassie - they feed all their jobs on iSS.
Jumped a step in the equation but the result i
