Anyone know what happened with these people? I know some shoppers were not happy with them, but I was able to enjoy great hotels when I travelled. Now there is nothing listed anywhere for a few months.
I have worked with roldan for many years....yes he speaks faster than anyone I know....but if you take an assignment he tells you what he wants....get the right information and move on...he has no time for chit-chat.
I see nothing on the board now....am I blocked? hope not....i use his locations when I travel.
Hello to all mystery shoppers. I started this thread and was surprised at how many responses there have been about this terrible company trying to screw us all out of our money and taking the clients money. After more than six months of continually badgering them (Elite) I am pleased to say that they finally paid me. It was a battle that I feel you all should fight.

Tipping is one thing....but tipping when it is cafeteria style....order at the counter and wait, then pick up the food and find a table....AND pay 15% tip? They should be tipping us!
Beware if the company of Elite CSX is the one....they don't pay..THIEVES they are. There is a different company scheduling a different Brazilian steakhouse but I don't know much about them. It is, indeed, a good meal out.
I have been sendiing them emails and calling only to receive no responses. They are stealing without a gun and to think they have the guts to say he is a Vet!.. I think we all just have to suck it up. After working with Satisfaction Services for many years they have stopped paying me. I tried and tried to be nice to them...they said they had issues with the payment company,,,,,well that was bs. Now they do not respond at all. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM....and pass the word to others.
Had an assignment to try to purchase drugs from an employee at a hotel. I didn't want the drugs but was able to make a buy if I wanted it....was great for the scheduler!!
I do bar integrity shops all the time...can't believe how many ways they have to keep the cash.....and then get fired...it just isn't worth it for them in real life...they will not be able to get another bartender job.
Hi - I have not received any payments for April....and when I look for them it says, "wait". Their phone is shut off and I do not receive any responses to emails....and of course I did more assignments in April than normal. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas? I too thought I would not have to write this kind of message.
