I'm noticing the same exact thing. I put in for three "make an offer" for the same amount they have paid me for years at this point, and I did not get any of them.
One time, I visited a location and they appeared to be trying really hard to showing they were "having fun." I felt like they knew they were being evaluated that day and were trying hard.

I saw a new shop for Nike. It has a $10 max reimbursement and no pay. This is a new low race to the bottom. With gas prices, it would cost $10 in gas just to get there. Why would anyone do this shop?
I have had several Teslas and love them. Go do it to drive one. It's not a dealership shop. There's no pressure. The price is the price and the car sells itself. I currently have a Model Y Performance.
I got an estimate for almost $8,000. My car got hit a few times, but not that much.
A tractor trailer said he "didn't see me." (Side of the car)
A guy in his work van fell asleep and hit me. (Back of the car)
We went to a science museum in Philly. Someone hit my car while we were parked on the street.
I'm not going to fix any of the above since my 2017 car has 379k miles. Fixing it
I have offered what I have been getting for the past number of years. Today, for the first time, I got a counter offer. This was the amount that they were offering me over the phone, which I refused. I will not take less than what they were giving me going on six years now.

Tesla got shopped years ago. I got much more than $25. I have owned multiple Teslas since then and have a MYP. I love the car. It's not my daily, though.
