Ipsos Scheduler issue - 6 weeks ago

This Katie Hornbuckle at Ipsos renege on a payrate. Blamed the fiasco on myself. Then banned me from the project. I appealed To Carey Medina who reinstated me finished that round. 2026 brought a new round finished the first seven by self assigning. There were 15 more audits but in outlying small distant rural town. Asked this Hornbuckle who somehow became project lead if I could do a block route

Re: Ipsos Scheduler issue - 3 months ago

Highly unlikely, these are from 225 to 250 miles round trip unless you have extra reason to go to these theres nothing else around. But never say never. Most likely they will go unshopped. Sent an email to their VP to try and sort this out. Only can do so much. I would just like an explanation of why? Cause Im at a complete loss.

Ipsos Scheduler issue - 3 months ago

Does anyone know who the head scheduler is? I had a scheduler. who I never heard of until Friday, accept my requested bonus price for 10 shops, then renege on that price, cancel the 10 shops I had accepted. Then, rempve my email from the client. Locking me out from accepting any shops that I had been completing for 4+ years. Any help would be appreciated

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

Already have, with zero assistance from a antiquated forum. You folks are slow on the down low. Information that's 4 months old is of little use. Keep hacking Boys and Girls

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

Forum says 9 years. Thank you grammar Bob. We all can sleep better tonight knowing Lt. Bob with the grammar police is on dooty! Back to work. Shops falling out of my pockets. More than I can get to.

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

It's a poor business model. They appreciate constructive criticism. Stay in Your Lane. Already scheduled 3 Shops for today with Intouch Insight and more next week with Alta360Research. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. But Alta360Research is back in office. Happy Shopping

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

Some are Independent and work for a variety of MSCs. I was told their on a field trip which I'm guessing is to get them familiar with new client protocols. Meaning additional shopping opportunities.

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

Well the forum didn't have a clue. Gave me antiquated responses. I just kept digging till I got a proper answer.

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

You folks are slow on the uptake. I have been working for both for years. Yes, Intouch Insight acquired Alta360Research in August I believe. That's yesterdays news. Earlier this week. There was no answer at any phone, voicemail, or text from there Ohio headquarters Monday or Tuesday. Highly unusual! I did receive a email from a scheduler stating they had a field trip and would be back in offi

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

I did two shops for them today but through Gigspot . No verbal contact.

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

That was Saturday. No one is answering anything so far this week. Highly unusual. I talk with them frequently, never had any issues before. 2 days with no responses this week is very strange and doesn't bode well. I know they were absorbed into Intouch Insight earlier this year. They may have purged the takeover. Hope not but something is awry.

Re: Alta 360 Research - 1 year ago

Re: Shipping shops are back… but - 1 year ago

I'm not a big fan of rewarding bad behavior. To basically cut the pay rate in half by removing the reimbursement rate. They can stay on the ISS board till 2034. I can work plenty of better shops for free.

Re: In Memoriam: USPS Mystery Shops (????-2024) - 1 year ago

Bare has them now. Hit the board today. Paying $15.00 with no package reimbursement. Imagine customer will be asking lots of questions as to why no one has answered their surveys. This is a new low in Low Ball.

Shipping Shops - 1 year ago

Bare International has taken over the shipping shops. They hit the job board today. Rates are horrendous and they have completely removed the package reimbursement fees. I can work a lot better places for free

Re: Shoppers taking shops for low fees- - 2 years ago

Happens way too frequently. In all mystery shopping genre. Young guns who have no clue how to work the system. Just trying to get those 1st shops under their belt. Schedulers Love them. Seasoned Shoppers are on the opposite end, as they sop up all their gravy. We were all there once. Some companies count on them to accept low ball offers to pad their profits.

Re: DTIQ@shopmetrics.com. - 2 years ago

Thanks for all your feedback. They seem to have a small clientele. In a diversified corporation. One shop between Wichita and Denver. Looked over the questionnaire. Seems professional and to the point. Just never heard of them before. Thanks Again!

Has anyone worked with this company before. Trying to get an idea how they pay? How professional they are. Please advise any experiences. Thanks

Re: Kroger Posted - 2 years ago

Targets are the most convoluted Pickup shops. Having to Download the app. Their Pickup instructions are clear as mud. But I checked twice and although they tell you that you have to pickup your order in 48 hours. They are obligated to hold it at least 5 days. As explained to me by their Pickup supervisor. Even the actual pickup process upon arrival is jumping through more frivolous hoops.

Re: Kroger pick up ordering question - 2 years ago

I have had up to 4 pick up Shop scheduled. I would recommend using a different credit card for them. I used to be told you cannot have two pickups scheduled till you pickup the 1st one. But that's not been an issue when I rotate different payment card. Good Luck

Re: Kroger Posted - 2 years ago

Call the location talk with the pickup department. They will confirm they will hold your order 5-7;days. That's been my experience.
by David Hoppe - Mystery Shopping Discussion

Re: Kroger Posted - 2 years ago

You have 5 days to pick up your order at Target. Their website is a bit misleading as to how soon you must do your Pickup. Call them just to verify. But it's 5 -7 days I believe.

Re: Kroger Posted - 2 years ago

Glad you were able to get back in to get a slice of pie. I don't know how many stores are branded with Kroger and it's many subsidiaries but I'm sure it's well into the thousands. They go quickly when they hit the board. But it's strange some locations will sit there untouched for almost the entire month. I have seen locations that may have 4 stores in a 15 mile radius just sit on the job board a
