Re: Casino shops - 10 days ago

yes, the table game reimbursement does not seem to cover the $10-$15 minimums on table games. Since you cannot keep more than $500 of what you win and you cannot gamble (on your own), the table reimbursement should be so you can play at least 20 hands of the table minimum. I have had some visits where i lost the $100 in less than 10 minutes and the cocktail server just barely arrived. I thin

Re: Hawaiian Bros? food place - 11 days ago

@metro25782 So compared to a chinese fast food shop, the work level about the same with just a couple extra pics? Appears the BEGINNING pay is basically double what chinese fast food starts at ($15 vs $8)

Re: Casino shops - 11 days ago

@wrosie Where do you get cameras are not allowed in casinos? You must not be aware of Vegas Matt or Vegas Pauly C....both of these guys are openly filming content at the tables with casino full knowledge. Vegas Matt has over 1 million subscribers. There are shops where you submit pictures of the employees if you want as extra verification if you cannot obtain name for whatever reason.

Hawaiian Bros? food place - 11 days ago

Anyone do these shops? I recently found them in my area. Not a nationwide chain, but there are several states that have them, so someone must be doing them whether it's Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, etc. Seems decent. I don't know how long/bad the report is. Just looking for feedback before I pick one up. They are not super convenient for me, but if it's a decent to good shop, i could tie

Re: Casino shops - 11 days ago

My comment would be they are very detailed. This is not a simple shop like TXRH or Chubbas66. You will need to provide specific details of every interaction. It's easier when you have someone with you. You are not going to get rich doing these, but after you have a done a few, they are not too hard. If you are about $ per hour, then these shops are not for you. If you like to gamble anyways

Re: VW service shops? - 12 days ago

All the major auto manufacturer's should be shopping the service centers, but they don't out of cheapness. I would think Toyota, Honda, Ford, etc would want to know how their brand is being handled at a customer level. But maybe they only care about selling the cars and the dealerships themselves are more concerned with the ongoing revenue streams of the service center.

Re: Do you Mystery Shop at a place that you normally shop? - 12 days ago

I will go to In N Out all the time on my own dime. It's maybe the one place where I will spend my own money. But of course it is NOT a reveal shop. I won't go to Texas Roadhouse, Bubba's 33, 5g or any other place that pays me because why should I pay for it myself when they will pay me? But In N Out is the only place I break that rule because the food is still affordable and the experience is

VW service shops? - 12 days ago

I don't have a VW...but I am seeing these posted now. I don't remember seeing them before, but never looked for them either. $25 pay and $100 reimburse. I did not look at what is wanted/needed as I have no interest in the shops, but just letting others in the community know if they have a VW that needs some service. This is found with the company that does Freddy's, Winco, etc and has the

Re: What places to avoid? - 13 days ago

Maybe they are the worst for YOU....but i love the shops i do for them and do not have any issues. they have quite a selection of shops to choose from. I really don't touch the oil industry (did 1 recently after many years of not doing them). The stage coach checking stuff is easy The Chinese food is easy The Chase shops are easy. @Minime wrote: Avoid Ipshitz. They’re the worst

Re: A possible shopping scam - 13 days ago

I got it and deleted. I haven't done anything with DSG since Bush Jr left office. I remember they were one of the first companies I did stuff with. Had to fax the report to them and call in and go over it on the phone with someone. How times have changed.

Re: What does "tip on the net check" mean? - 13 days ago

Some of these places print the tip amounts at the bottom with percentages. I always check though to see if they are doing it pre-tax (net) or post tax (gross). I refuse to tip on top of the taxes being charged. They did something special to get more money? If a tip is an appreciation of service (but expected at sit down dining with service), then why would i tip for the govt grab as well?

Re: Am I seeing Halal Guys with another MSC? - 14 days ago

yeah, i think it was $30 (or more) with other MSC. I might consider it if it reaches at least $15 pay, but still not too excited about them.

Am I seeing Halal Guys with another MSC? - 14 days ago

I don't shop the Halal Guys locations because I'm not interested in that food, but i am seeing them on the too many men burger site. Wonder if it's a promotional thing where they are trying to land the client or if they successfully poached them already. Of course, the starting pay is $0.00

@gigishopper I don't think you can cross use them. If you try and are successful, you can let us know.

Re: TXRH online GC. offer until 12-2 - 15 days ago

yeah, i already have like $400 worth from a month or so ago when they offered something. Same with Bubbas33. Thanks for letting me know just in case. I have Panda GC as well. I probably spend more than $1k in GC for shops around this time each year.

Re: RED FLAG- HS Brands - 16 days ago

yeah, that sucks TerminatorBob. It's painful when you miss a little thing like that. Those shops I have goofed (while minimal) have been seared into my memory. Now I take EXTRA pictures because too many never hurt. I even will write in the narrative that i have pictures they did not ask for that might be helpful. I like shopmetrics because it seems that you can upload quite a few things. Wi

Re: Casino shops - 19 days ago

There is @mfisherri too. Karen comments on her IPSOS scheduling with @KarenSchedulesForIpsos I agree it would be wiser if you are representing an MSC, that you at least include that name as part of your user name. I think Informa (now Curinos) has used @Informascheduler id

Re: Dear MSC, There is a Reason Why I do not want to do that Shop! - 20 days ago

Yes, i'm not advocating for breaking ICAs, but I also do not think I would want to continue to work for an MSC or client that would allow people to be treated in such a manner. I can afford to "burn that bridge" as this is a hobby for me, not reliant on full-time income. So if I was mad enough, i would blow the whole thing up over this. But I understand those that cannot afford to lose the w

Re: Dear MSC, There is a Reason Why I do not want to do that Shop! - 20 days ago

@kisekinecro Refusing the audit is different that verbally abusing or intimidating someone trying to do the audit. I'm sure the company with the name/logo would not be okay with a franchisee treating anyone that way. It's bad for the brand. I did a gas station shop (brand not named). The person allowed me to take a picture. I gave the employee the letter and they did not care they were

Re: 5 Guys changes - 22 days ago

Re: Dear MSC, There is a Reason Why I do not want to do that Shop! - 23 days ago

Why not do video of the shop and submit that to the MSC and ask why the client allows this person to represent their brand in this manner? Obviously this is a corporate client shopping their brand. It's not the owner wanting shops done and then refusing. If the client knew how much of a jerkoff this person was...it might be bigger problems for this particular store owner. I'm suggesting cond

Re: J Alexander's changing MSC? - 29 days ago

There is a J Alexander near me that just built from the ground up. I think they open today 11/17. i doubt they are in the rotation to be shopped this month. I will need to see if they are there for December or January. I'm willing to possibly try it, if it's not a heinous report/scenario.

Re: Where are the Sonic shops? - 4 weeks ago

@ShopperGirly Which one did you do for the $7 pay? The $11 reimburse with food pics or the $11.50 with much more pics? it's not really a $7 bonus. It's a $7 payment since the beginning is $0. :-P Glad that you held out for more, but it was still less than the 5g shop with more hassle it sounds like. I think I have taken a few at $10, but mostly wait for $15-$20. I don't like the f

Re: NFL and compliance shops? - 5 weeks ago

week 10 NFL is up to $15. you can get $25 or more when they turn on the MAO. be patient. In anticipation that people will not take them, i see week 11 has been posted as well for the same locations. They certainly hold out hope someone will be desperate enough or there are enough "new" people willing to do these.

yesterday 11/6 was free cookies at Crumbl. I have never spent a dime there. A friend told me. So i took the family cuz I was nearby. They gave out the thin, hard choco chip cookies. I was thinking for someone who never has had those cookies, that is not a way to try and have them come back. It was not good. I have had their cookies on other peoples expense and they are good, but not worth
