Re: Piggybacking two Wells Fargo shops? - 1 year ago

Well, that's what I figured, which is why I didn't want to ask the scheduler before checking here. I know that sometimes people have done this for other types of shops (not banks).

Mini-Excavator Shops? - 1 year ago

I saw while searching that there were a few comments about this shop posted to a thread about another one, but couldn't find a dedicated thread. There's one around 25 miles from me at a whopping good fee. I read over the material and think I could pull it off (my husband was a landscape crew supervisor and although he can't come with me, he can explain before I a few things I might get stuck

Piggybacking two Wells Fargo shops? - 1 year ago

I imagine this question has been answered here before or that someone here knows the answer, so before I email the scheduler.... There are WF credit inquiry and account shops this month open for the same branches within the same time frames. I was wondering if anyone has ever done, or has ever asked, if these two shops could be combined; i.e., go in to do, say, the credit-card inquiry first, then

Seems we go through this conversation every time MF doesn't pay ON the 20th. I don't know when this was changed, but their terms of payment now state: "All payments will be disbursed by the 20th business day of the following month for all “valid” reports. In most cases, this payment will cover all completed assignments from the previous month. Depending on what they include or exclude as "busi

Re: Tips for Sonic exterior photo requirement - 2 years ago

I took one of the front showing a stall close-up, the entrance, and the signage in the window as I pulled in to the driveway and a second one of the side of the building, which showed more of it, as I was leaving. I submitted the first one because it had more detail showing. Shop was accepted with that one, but I'm guessing the other one would have been OK, too.

Do they ever have breakfast shops? While I wasn't crazy about the burger, I had breakfast at a Sonic about three years ago, and it was really good. Don't know if it still would be, but I'd happily try a breakfast shop!

Marketforce Website Issues This Evening/ - 2 years ago

I'm trying to input a shop and the site it glitching. I lost most of my work once (thankfully had not gotten very far), so when I got back in to the report, I did a few more questions and went to "save and exit." I've been getting the loading symbol of death for 5 minutes now. I'm not having any issues with any other site; in fact, my computer is running better than it usually does, so I'm sure i

Wordsmith Pros.... One of the clients I do a lot of copy editing for uses them to write standard stuff like press releases and short articles. I end up almost having to re-write them. My client knows they're not very good, but it's not her call as to whether or not to use them.

Re: Do schedulers and/or editors even know what's in the guidelines? - 2 years ago

Did the shop, and to be on the safe side, I did a CMA and noted even the item that the MSC told me I didn't need to note. Fortunately, I didn't need to use that observation, only the one I was supposed to follow. I had another issue with the shop regarding how they tell you to take the photos. So I took two different ones and sent them both in. Shop was approved with no questions or negative comm

Re: First Sonic Shop; Any Tips? - 2 years ago

Well, the shop was pretty easy and went well. But, honestly, I wasn't crazy about the burger. It was just OK. I really liked the fries, though, and the limeade! Now I wish that the dogs were on the approved list because I'm guessing, from what many of you have indicated, that they're better than the burgers. I'd probably do one again if I were in the same situation as yesterday: in the area an

On second thought, I think I'll get a Hickory BBQ Baconburger without the cheese. (BTW, I HATE the fact that so few restaurants offer just a hamburger--they all have cheese on them so you have to make a special request for no cheese. I love cheese, but don't want it on everything!)

First Sonic Shop; Any Tips? - 2 years ago

I'm doing my first-ever Sonic shop tomorrow, a drive-in stall one. (No Sonics near me, but I'm going to be down the road from one tomorrow, so I grabbed it.) Seems pretty straightforward, but I have a couple questions. Do you do the restroom check after you eat and pull out of the stall? I've done one and enjoyed doing it, plus got some great jeans and a few other items at great prices. There aren't many shopped stores near me, and I can't do the same store ever again, but I do keep my eyes open for them. Easy to do, too.

I've done just one of these, and it took me a long time. I understand they get easier the more you do, but I'd still never do one for $18. The report is easy, though. I'd probably do one local to me if it were $30 or $35, but my two local stores haven't had these in ages.
