I recently picked cigarettes shop in my state, I thought that $10 fee is good with full cigarette reimbursement and reimbursement for small purchase. I quit smoking over 20 years ago, and my age is not questionable, but I was surprised that the law in my state require to show ID regardless of age when buying cigarettes.
