New shopper and SAHM

Hi all! I am new to shopping, done 4 so far. I love it! What companies do you reccomend that would allow me to take my daughter with me on a shop. I did 2 fast food shops for Market Force and had to go alone. Life would be easier if my daughter was with me. Suggestions? Also does anyone know about bookstore mystery shopping???

You really have to look shop by shop even within the same company to see which ones do not prohibit bringing another person along. Most generally bank shops prohibit it and some of the grocery shops, but you just have to look at the guidelines. Part of the issue is that a child can be a distraction to you while making your observations (because the child is your first priority) and partly because store employees may respond to you differently than they would to a single adult customer.
Welcome to mystery shopping and the forum!

Market Force has another client that allows you to take a guest. I can't name it here in combination with the company. That would be violating our ICA and a rule of the forum. You can search the job board there.

There are some shops or types of shops that usually allow you to take guests. Sit-down restaurants, (sometimes called fast casual, not fast food), are a good one. Most sit-down restaurant shops in fact require a guest because they require two entrees to be ordered. There are also museums, amusement parks and others with admission tickets to be purchased.

Good luck and have fun with it smiling smiley

Happily shopping Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and Connecticut
Most restaurant shops don't allow children even if allowed to bring a guest.

I would check out Amusement Advantage. These are not restaurant shops but rather entertainment such as skating, aquariums, etc. They often include a food vendor as well as an activity and many require you bring a child of a certain age so you don't look creepy wandering around alone in a childrens' venue. Many are reimbursement only are a great way to get experience while taking your child for a fun and free day out.
