Fixtures for Cosmetic

Hello everyone ..I got a chance to some of your posts from earlier this year . I did my very first Cosmetic reset today . Some of it went smooth ,after I figured how the remove most of the Revlon wall fixtures . No one showed me that
Good idea about making the POP larger on paper.. Where I got bogged down was in the nail polish fixtures ...I could not find a release catch or button .Can someone tell me where the hell it is ??
I just started last week ,done the team lead thing . Sucks when your help don't show up . I just got it done .Ya I was tired at the end of the day .The beer tasted extra good .
So far this job is better than the last job I had .I'm sticking with it for a while .Please if you have any advice for me ,do tell thanks .winking smiley

Some fixtures are just spring loaded, so it's just push and load, get a gash on a finger or two, get a band aid, repeat. Nail polish, lipstick and deodorant mostly have the spring loaded beasts. Good Luck Huey.

I am not a fan of them either, but, if you do several in a row, they do get way easier. Knowing what you are looking for, and getting the rhythm of the set does make all the difference in the world. When I did these frequently, I could cut my time from the first set to the 3rd by at least 30%, occasionally by 50%. Learning the different product types and colors were my main challenges.

@Huey - I wanna laugh and cry-my first reset was a Revlon and I had NO training or experience (it was 2001). It was horrible because I was horrible. I got to bring someone to help, they pay well. We went both days, followed all directions, half of it didn't make sense because the products (according to the store) were nonexistent and the second day we came back only to see that the store changed it back to how they had it! The second day, also, someone stole make-up right in front of us, the store didn't make a report, because they claimed "it happens all the time." WHAT? That is ridiculous (why do I even buy make-up when I can get it for "free?"). Anyway, thanks to me and the store being less than perfect, I didn't really finish the job. I called the company and told them I didn't even want to turn in a report and we should not get paid. Two weeks later, we both had half the money in our accounts (over $100 each). Now, if only I could remember which company...

Was it Match Converge ? They do a LOT of cosmetic resets.
