I had the same problem. The blue ones scheduler told me that the green ones were out, he knows me and know I get them all LOL. But I could not see them. I called the team that deals with them and I found out that I was cut off. I asked how come and she could not see the reason on computer. She told me most likely another shopper did the location and found too much discrepacy between the two evaluations. What a pity I had been doing that location for a year straight lol. Anyway, she saw how much I worked for them and that there had never been any proplem with the yellow and blue audits and she reactivated me.
So try and call directly the team that deals with those. If you don't know which one, call, dial 0 and when the employee answer ask for the green GS team.
