What did you work for today???

I have been spending my entire spring break on our taxes, when I should have been grading and also house cleaning, and having fun...
Today I did an high end clothing store and a tourist store after doing a kids BD "partay" at the movies for "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" (not as good as "Max Keeble's Big Adventure",) and then Dave and Buster's for gaming right next door. VERY TIRED!

Finishing the report for a high end hotel stay and 5 short reports of phone sessions to set up video shops on a 6 day April trip through the Mid-Atlantic and New England (7 video shops, one 3 day Time Share, one two day high end, all inclusive, hotel are on the trip agenda so far.) Looking for small food and/or bank shops in areas along the itinerary.

Love end of month bonuses, but my diet doesn't! FF Breakfast, FF Lunch, and FF dinner. Today I think I will not eat at all!
I've never eaten so much.....yesterday did a mattress shop (high tech) with a remote, but got dizzy (thought I was at sea). Not working till next Tues., then mall lunch, retail store and wings shop. Trying to lose 5pds for my trip, HELP!!! Tonight dinner at Flemings downtown (Steve), but not a job, get to eat without report. My friend is taking me as I've taken her on a couple good restaurants, payback is a good thing!! Get to take the train in, my first time, so looking forward to a "fun" evening (for real).

Live consciously....
I just cleaned out the fridge to make space for three grocery shops today.

Avoiding fast food and cooking at home this weekend.
I need to cook at home this weekend as well...my Doc says your eating too much salt, and I don't cook with it, sign of eating out too much, well tomorrow I'll eat home, tonite it's "go for it". High blood pressure, here I come.

Live consciously....

First you "cook yourself", then you eat a mattress? OMG! :-)

Did a box of chicken job. My neighbor, her mom, dad, and child, will enjoy the fruits of my labor.
Did two FF shops today. I usually don't eat the food after the shop. I discard the the buns and freeze the meat/chicken. When I am ready for a meal, I make a salad and add the meat/chicken.
Three new car shops - $14 each plus mileage = $128
Eight gas shops all over Boonievilles, KY - $120 plus $2 reimbursement on each.
1 phone shop while on the road - $3
Phoned leasing agents for two apartment shops I'm working on that will eventually pay $30 each
One of those "adult" stores y'all talked about in another forum (blush) $20 plus $20 reimbursement for a bachlorette party gift.
FF Breakfast shop - $12 plus reimbursement
Writing reports and glad the car shops aren't due until next week. The shops are done, just have to do the "surveys". Only one gas shop left tonight to report. My schedule is clean except for a family buffet shop tomorrow night! I'm taking a few days off to rest and recover from being sick for a week!

And that's Priceless! Phew!
You've been sick for a week, iblessyah? Way to go. Come back and tell us how your week goes when you're 100%!
LOL With a day like that planned it all takes time to dovetail it all together. I couldn't let it slip away. Now I'm paying for all that activity. I'm taking some much deserved time off. I returned picked up a digital recorder from a MSC on Thursday and they want me to train to do video shopping. They said they could keep me busy forever. I'm not sure I can get much busier. lol It would be nice to make that much money all the time without killing myself though. It took nearly 300 miles and lots of hunting to find all those gas shops. And one of the new car shop salesmen still hasn't given me anything in writing with a number and item number on the same page. He keeps saying "go to the internet". If he makes my mileage deal go bad I'm gonna be sooooooo mad. lol I've got him emailing me back and forth now and he still doesn't get a written offer on paper. It's 120 miles round trip to get it down and then it's hard to get away with my identity intact. The good news is that I can get whatever laptop I decide I want next weekend now. I just wish some of these MSCs would shake loose my money faster. The 45-60 days gets old when it starts getting defined as "after the editor gets through" when they don't start for a week or so. But a laptop on the road will make things go better. To stop at WiFi stations and rest and file a couple of gas shops or a FF or the quick ones, or take notes will keep these grueling hours at the puter when I get home to a more acceptable level. I'm "one tard puppy!"

Happy Shopping
iblessyah,
Go for the video shopping! Take as much training as you can get and realize that you have video sisters out here who will leap in to help whenever we can. It is very different from other shops because of the extended scenarios and acting that is needed. Be sure to do 4-6 videos before you really decide if this is for you. Too many folks do one or two and quit before they have had a chance to calm down and enjoy what they are doing.

Feel free to PM me.

Cool. Thanks so much. I don't want to increase activity. I just want to duplicate the money with LESS activity or maximize profit on a road trip so I don't have to go as often. The MSC that wants to train me said that they could send me out with hotel and mileage expenses paid. That sounds awesome since by then I will have a laptop and can sit and do paper/computer work at night from a hotel. I'm just too tired after these all day Friday on the road and all night and day afterwards on the computer to get anything else done. It's not fun anymore. I'm making decent money but wearing myself out. NO BURNOUT ALLOWED! Gotta slow down or limit myself to my own general area or find a new and better mousetrap. It may be the video shopping. They said a trainer will be through here in May. I think I'll say YES!
Gas Shop $10 + $2 shopper fees
Electronics $42 + $1.25 shoppers fees
Gas Audit $20

Just finished a report for Movie shop to see My Family Wedding....Very funny!
$30.65 reimbursement.
It's bonus time again.... I love this time of the month!

Irene, it's a joke. Laugh. Smile. Don't take it all so seriously.

Had an easy day. Did a revealed audit at Verizon and a lunch shop. Couldn't schedule much because I had to take roomie to the airport in the middle of the day. I caught up all of my reporting and am "on time" now with everything left from the weekend. Picked up a car shop with a bonus for today and am still on "take it easy" status. Poking around to pick up easy, end of the month shops with bonus for today and tomorrow. Going back to bed for two hours is in my forseeable future. lol

Happy shopping e1.
Today: 3 no photo gas stations, chinese fast food, athletic clothing store
Yesterday: 2 bonused shops-the Lego store and a hotel gift store.
Sunday: smoothie store
Saturday: smoothie store

Today, 2 grocery shops, and made mental note not to go to the grocery on a holiday weekend that involves candy ever again.

Tomorrow, 9 grocery shops. Yee Haw!

IBlessYah, where in KY are you? I'm in Louisville.
9 groceries on Easter???? Around here all the groceries are closed for Easter except the Super Walmarts.
In the town I used to live, they would all close except Wal Mart, but not in Louisville I guess. I hope not at least!

I'm really hoping it isn't as bad as it was today. Today was nuts with parents buying carts full of candy. It was almost as bad as Wal Mart on Halloween.
If they are open tomorrow it is going to be the folks buying after Easter markdowns smiling smiley I noted that some grocery shops I do are not even allowing shopping on Monday.

Today was light here. A cell phone, a jewelry and then this evening a restaurant. Tomorrow is nothing and then Monday it is back to the grind, but only after a little personal road trip smiling smiley
I hope they aren't busy...I might have to cry. I'm taking a family member with me who's interested in shopping. Plus, she is getting all the food. We still haven't finished off the shops from 2 wks ago. smiling smiley
I'm in Louisville too! Wanna do lunch? lol We can fight over the shop. lolol Wow! 9 grocery shops. I'm lucky to get one or two a month. I can't seem to grab any of them before somebodyyyyyyy gets them all. lolol

I drove to Shelbyville for a bonusseed home improvement shop. I took my grandchildren and my camera with me. After they "helped" me with my shop, we went to get my last greet person in the garden center. I whipped out my camera and started taking pictures of them with flowers, Easter Lilies, fountains, etc. They were delighted and so was the staff of the garden center. Sometimes the best place to hide is out in the open. lolol Then we went to Taylorsville Lake by way of 5 cheapie gas shops. Last stop was Walgreens to print out photos and buy a card for Mommy and Daddy for Easter to stuff full of photos from a paid for day out with the grandkids!

Happy shopping!
Wow you had a busy day! I went to Shelbyville a few weeks ago for the census shops.. blah!

My kids love to help with my shops. They are great for getting names, but one week I thought they had caught on to us. They were given stickers at every store. I had a van full of PAID stickers. I can't imagine walking into a grocery and the kids each have 5 paid stickers plastered on their clothes...

I can't give up my groceries, sorry!!! LOL They help pay the bills.

I'll email you the next time I have a casual dining and we can do lunch! smiling smiley I really like the Mexican ones that just started. They have rotation requirements....... the company is on Hurstbourne or Shelbyville Rd I think.
yep. I didn't get one yet. I have to limit the reimbursement type shops because I can't just have all my money "out there". I'm doing brunch at a fancier place next Sunday, a BWW on Saturday and a couple of FF this next week that I may move to the week after. And now, this pizza/games place pops up as "available again". Too many reimbursement shops going on already. Yeah, I got a couple of grocery shops this month and had a chance at some others but I'm heading for Bowling Green in a couple of weeks to visit a friend. I was thinking about moving there, but my daughter and grandkids are here and it looks like I'll stay with them instead. My daughter doesn't have a computer and now she will be able to use mine and do a few shops too. Her boyfriend works for the K warehouse so watch out. She'll be after those because she already gets a discount. lolol They get 20% off all K brand products. $14 more per shop will really get her going. I haven't told her about those yet. lol

I have one at the M store pharmacy. It will be easy I think.

I better get to bed. I'm not going to Easter services until 2pm tomorrow but I have to get up and write gas shop reports.

Good night and Happy Ressurection Day! He is Risen Just as He Said!
What's the K warehouse? On Norton Blvd? I shop the sample people there, and cell phones, but that's it.

Yes, He did Rise!! And I am eternally thankful. smiling smiley

Happy Easter.

Ok, I am involved in too many threads! smiling smiley My brain is starting to hurt.
