If you are a Kroger shopper (not mystery) and find an employee that genuinely goes out of their way to help you call or email them. The employee does get recognition. I did it just by chance and found out through the grapevine this lady had worked in the store for 25 years. But the kicker was the only, absolutely only time the manager spoke to her directly was when she got this award from being called in. Sad to think it came down to that. The receipt survey does not get any employee any recognition, I asked a manager.
