The conversation usually goes, "I have this shop at (place) I need done by (date). I'm offering a bonus of (amount). Can you do it?"
If you say yes, (or negotiate a different bonus) the call should conclude with, "Okay, I agree to do the shop for a bonus of (amount) on (date). Please assign that to me." The scheduler should then say, "I'm assigning that to you now."
If the conversation went, "Let me think about it and get back to you," or, "If you're interested, go to the job board and apply for it," then you were not offered the job and things can change 5 minutes later when they call the next shopper.
So who was the MSC and what exactly was said?
