What exactly is the scenario?

I just got an e mail that requires a phone call to a bank on a Saturday. The blurb about the shop says that you call at a certain time and to see the MS for the scenario. It does not tell you the MS and it being assigned by a scheduling company. How am I supposed to know if I am comfortable with the scenario and the specific times to call when it is listed from 9:am - 4 PM on a Saturday.

Along those same lines, I often get a notice about a non customer of a bank that I am a customer. The scenarios are all fabricated as well as using an alias. Why cant I go into a branch where I do not visit and act as if I am a non customer since I am lying anyway, I can certainly lie about being a customer. I bank that I use for my main account is being shopped for service and I can not do that one either since I a customer. I would love to let them know what I like and what I dislike about their service. I even would go to a branch that I never visit to do the shop.

Insight I have wondered that also about the non customer of the bank. Since you're fabricating the story what does it matter if you are a customer but it's a bank you don't frequent...
Maybe they want shoppers who don't already know what the bank offers.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
Some bank shops allow for a customer to pose as a non-customer. Other shops prohibit that. See what the guidelines allow.
