Special Needs Employees

There are a lot of comments, so for future references, this is how I did a shop for a movie theater. (I spoke with my scheduler on how to word things correctly, because I didn't want to give the ticket handler a bad mark for not tearing the ticket in half and for blurting out the movie location). She said to comment, "Due to limited abilities, the ticket handler could not tear the ticket in half..." and for the above situation you can say, "due to limited abilities, the enthusiastic employee could not contain his excitement over...." The management knows their employees, and knows that when hiring disabled people, there will be difficult moments because of "limited abilities".

Obviously you are done with your report, so this is just reference for anyone else out there who is struggling to find words that are politcally correct.
