Quality Infraction

Has anyone got a quality infraction entered into their account? I received an email yesterday asking why I did not give a "5" rating instead of the "4" rating? I explained my answer and today received a notification purposes only email. The company is MF. How many quality infractions before they booth me out to do a certain shop. I waited 18 months before I was allowed to do a certain shop that I was able to do three in a month. And there is more there for next week but only nuts will them then.

Thanks

What is a quality infraction? And, I don't understand the last sentence. Are you thinking it's nuts to take any more shops?

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
No, who in their right mind would take a shop on Black Friday when the parking will be crazy around the area for a few dollars to eat a burger.

We need to inform you that we have entered a quality infraction on your account due to challenges on the accuracy of some of the data you provided in your report...
I'll try not to work on Black Friday but I think we're already into the heavy traffic in the retail areas. It's been my experience that retail ramps up way before Thanksgiving; in fact, after Thanksgiving shoppers are late to the party. Thanks for the clarification on the quality infraction.

Maybe this "quality infraction" email is an effort by MF to take the "suddenly" out of "I was suddenly deactivated by MF." Maybe?

To answer the original posters question it is a high tech complicated math formula held in a top secret vault in a top secret location that figures out when to deactivate you but rest assured you are on your way.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
But maybe, just maybe, MF is attempting to be a little more transparent by removing the moment of "Surprise!". If three is actually the max number of "quality infractions" allowed, it would be helpful to know you're nearing the edge of the precipice. smiling smiley

When you say "deactivate" you, does it mean for all jobs with MF or just the burger shop?
Faith, up to this point, I don't know how many people have had a good read on MF. From reading past posts, shoppers frequently reported they were suddenly and mysteriously deactivated from MF or they suddenly stopped see shops for a certain client. For this reason, I'm hopeful this is a positive change.

To answer your question, I would suggest you send your question(s) to the "Help Desk". If I was concerned, I would ask, "What are the ramifications of having a 'quality infraction' on my record?" "Does it only affect my shops for this particular client or could it result in total deactivation?" "How long does it stay on my record before it's erased?"

PS
A lot of shoppers invest all of their time shopping for a single MSC, which is not wise. If you haven't already, it's important to start signing up with lots and lots of MSCs.

Be careful about emailing the Help Desk. That will accelerate the complicated math formula, since the algorithm searches for words like "quality", "infraction", and "ramifications." tongue sticking out smiley
The answer to your question is three, at least at minimum. However, I don't think they usually divulge that information until you reach enough for deactivation! How do you know the inquiry was regarded as an infraction? Did they tell you?
