Sericycle Book Store TEST

The last question asks how long I should wait after making a web inquiry but neither the presentation nor the checklist asks me to make a web inquiry.
The only reference to the website in the presentation is the requirement to ask the bookseller over the phone if they have a website and to record what I'm told.

Am I missing something?

^ What he said. I searched and searched for the answer but I swear it isn't there. Since you're not limited on how many times you can submit the test, just keep guessing until you get it right.

I don't remember what I put, but I think it might have been 24 hours. Y'all are right. Making a web inquiry isn't "a thing" on this shop, so I have a feeling the question is flagged as correct no matter what we answer. Sounds like it, anyway.
So, holliscary, did you grab one of those shops? I'm doing one on the 12th. Good luck to you!
They used to require the web inquiry as part of the shop, it looks like they dropped that part and forgot to take it off the test.

FYI:the correct answer would have been 48 hours.
