What ELSE can I do?!?

Yesterday I applied for a ipsos shop for today (which happens to be the last day in the range of shop dates). Twenty minutes later I realized I had a conflict and wouldn't be able to do it, so I logged back in to delete the application. However, it had already been assigned to me.

I couldn't find any contact information. The shop forms had a scheduler name but no email, and as far as I could tell there is no phone number anywhere on the website. I searched through my email message history, found an address for some one at the company and wrote her, asking if she could pass my information on. I even left a message on the ipsos corporate site, but realized that was probably fruitless.

Later last night (about five hours after I realized I'd been assigned the shop) I received an email telling me I'd been assigned. I sent a response laying out the same information I'd delivered earlier and hoped that would take care of it. I hoped wrong. This morning I had a reminder message telling me I had a shop that was close to being overdue.

I don't want a flake to end up on my record! Any suggestions?

Have you communicated with the scheduler about cancelling or negotiating a different time to complete the shop?

I signed up with this company and they emailed me a sign on and password. The sign on and password don't work so I can't get in. I used an email address from one of the emails they sent me and explained what was happening. I continue to get emails almost daily offering me work. I responded to one of those explaining I could not get into the website. Nothing. Not looking good. I'm not taking jobs from emails if I can't sign on. How would I report?

Update...I received a email about a DIFFERENT shop from the scheduler that's supposedly assigned to the store I'm supposed to go to. I sent her an email laying my difficulty out yet again, and asking her if she'd like me to do it tomorrow (even though the shop end date was today). I hope they get the message this time. WHY DO COMPANIES MAKE IT SO HARD?

888-210-7425 is a number I found for general inquiries. I couldn't find anything on the website just for MS and they have a dozen or more offices in North America.

Summit Scheduling does at least some of their scheduling, I have an email from a scheduler there for IPSOS. Good Luck.
Thanks for all the information. Mid-morning I received a response from someone at ipsos corporate copying in the scheduler, and I was able to resolve the issue.
