Question about Cirrus apartment shop

I am filling out my first report for Cirrus. They seem to only have this one client in my city, which considering their pay cycle and reputation, I am fine with. The report seems all over the place though.
In the "Executive Summary", what is supposed to go in the "Overall Comments" box??

If you're referring to the last box, that is your summary. They want the play by play of the entire experience.

No, this is the second section after "Shopper Information". These are the other questions in the section, and the caption of the major comment box, which is very unhelpful.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1. Leasing Professional's overall attitude and impression
2. Leasing Professional's primary closing technique
3. Based on the Leasing Professional's presentation, would you have leased this apartment? Why or Why Not?
4. Leasing Professional's strongest points
5. Leasing Professional's areas for improvement:

It's the same thing. Play by play for that portion of the shop. You'd cover in narrative summary each one of those points you listed.

Each of those questions has a comment box though. The assignment (targeted) has a recorded call, then an on-site visit. There are other sections, with comment boxes that explain that they are for the "play-by-play" of the phone call and the on-site portion. This one doesn't have that description. The only thing I can think of that might go there is random facts I want to report on (the building hallways were dimly lit, for example) that don't fit anywhere else. Or maybe an overall impression?

Many times even if you have short narrative comment boxes, at the end they want the overall summary. This is not uncommon. You can have as few as three questions with comment boxes or ten or more that are followed by the overall summary. Maybe they want something else, but I always do the play by play summary for each section and I've never had a report returned from Cirrus.

I emailed the contact on my guidelines (not the target), and asked her what I am supposed to put in that box. The other boxes aren't small ones either, they each have a minimum of 100 characters, and I am not sure what I might be supposed to summarize.

Actually 100 characters is not a lot of typing. In fact, it is just two or three sentences. 100 now.

They first ask for your comments per question to explain what happened and then you put those comments into larger context in the play by play. They get you to repeat these comments in the way they fit in the order in which things happened. You stitch it all together.
