Issue after Oil Change from Mystery Shop - Who to Contact??

Actually studies have recently suggested there is not any difference in the way our brains function making women just as capable of understanding things likes cars. The OP's comment implied her lack of understanding was because she is a woman. Obviously, as in virtually everything, her gender was irrelevant.

You bet your ass I'm calling them tomorrow and letting them know I'm bringing it in for them to correct this.

tl;dr - same thing happened to me. And I will stick to my regular mechanic for oil changes.

Oil can and will escape out of the dipstick hole. Don't wait to get it replaced. You will end up with oil everywhere but where it is supposed to be, and could end up with a seized engine. Go somewhere NOW and even if you have to pay someone $20 to put it in for you, it is far less costly than a new or rebuilt engine. Take a photo of the loose dipstick and the receipt and take that to the place that failed to put it back. Ask for your money and a free oil change. Oh - and watch where it goes in this time. Another thought, make them check the oil level and replace any oil that you have already lost. Yes, you will have already lost some oil. Look at the sticky mess on the inside of your hood, which will also be a clue as to where the dipstick belongs.

I looked again and found the dipstick hole, it was hidden by a hose. I checked the oil and the level is fine, so I'm not going to worry about it. But, as I said, no more of these shops for me.

Oil change left brake fluid cap loose, and it was sputtering out brake fluid. Man I am learning so much...
