I'm not overly thrilled with the new company. I had a severe family emergency, emailed half a dozen times, called half a dozen more, and didn't get any replies until the day after it was due. The reply was rather nasty so my response was detailed and curt. I completed a response with phone call logs, voicemail times and summaries of messages left, and emails forwarded with date and time stamps showing I tried adamantly and received no reply or response and now I can't get those shops in my area. I get them outside my usual area, but honestly, my father was in the hospital with clots in his leg and lungs and a risk of throwing one to the heart. Tried to be courteous and give a 4-5 day notice that I was half way across the country, but no one felt it necessary to reply. Eh, $12 I won't stress too much about. Seems the shops rarely get bonused at the location I had to miss out on.
