What can I call myself instead of a Mystery shopper?

As a scheduler and editor, I sometimes tell people that I work for a "Market Research" company, because it's difficult to explain the mystery shopping industry. Shoppers' View does have a market research department, but that isn't the one I work for. 
I should keep track of some of the titles I have seen shoppers use. Most of them have been mentioned already (Independent Contractor, Auditor, Customer Service Evaluator, Customer Experience Expert).

When I was working as office staff, the mention of an auditor's visit usually made me quiet and pale. I enjoy seeing that look on people's faces when they ask what I do.
