Pizza shop put two peppers in the box. Normally they only put one, but I ordered a two topping pizza this time. Do you think they suspect? How soon do they see reports?
I think you might be being overly paranoid. Putting 2 peppers in the box is not spectacular enough to indicate they might have suspected you. Now, if they put two peppers in the box, offered you a free beverage, and gave you a coupon for a completely free pizza (not a BOGO) on your next visit, that might suggest they might have id'd you.
If they put them in separate corners of the box, this might be an attempt to out the shopper. They reach for a pepper and if they grab two, it happens.
I have gotten two before and not been outed as the shopper.
They know who you are anyway..... it is NOT a secret......flunk them and they will out you.... I have a family friend who works there. The screen CLEARLY says shopper. They know! Good reports keep them coming. I do not shop pizzas for that reason of friends....
I once received a pepper that looked like it was soaked in the pizza sauce. I was banned from that location. The strange thing is I was at my sons house and I ordered the same pizza he always gets.
Yeah, we don't eat it either, the college kids next door get it. For free. But, when we are out of town they keep an eye on the house and one of them waters my plants...they seem to love the pizza. More power to 'em.
