This post is a little different but several shoppers have mentioned Maritz and that is what this inquiry is about. I have been shopping for three years now but have done just a couple for Maritz. The reason I have not done more shops is that I truly have not been able to figure out their system. Has anyone had the same problem? Actually I just had to ask them to take back what I had thought to be a fairly easy phone shop. When I looked at the guidelines it required the call to be to a specific associate and quite honestly I could not find the name. I wrote to what they call Team1 a couple of times. I never received a call back until the shop was overdue. The Maritz person was very nice but instead of helping me figure out hot to navigate their system she thought it was better to cancel the shop.
Like I said I have done a limited number of shops for them, but I sure find their system hard to figure down to the end when you actually have to submit an invoice in order to get paid.
Any comments? Any advise?
