I've been with them for a few months, and done over 100 shops. Today I get an email saying I've been deactivated because I sent in the wrong picture for one of my fast food places yesterday. I had the correct pic on my phone, and sent it to them. I called and the shopper help lady said I need to send the pic along with a statement saying how I will avoid this in the future, but that was no guarantee to be reinstated. Ugh! I had a few more shops this month already scheduled, but I really do depend on this money right now. Anyone had a problem like this before? Being reinstated?
