Market Force

I've been with them for a few months, and done over 100 shops. Today I get an email saying I've been deactivated because I sent in the wrong picture for one of my fast food places yesterday. I had the correct pic on my phone, and sent it to them. I called and the shopper help lady said I need to send the pic along with a statement saying how I will avoid this in the future, but that was no guarantee to be reinstated. Ugh! I had a few more shops this month already scheduled, but I really do depend on this money right now. Anyone had a problem like this before? Being reinstated?
I've left 2 messages and emailed. Guess I just have to wait sad smiley

Do what they ask . . . submit the photo, an apology and a promise to never ever ever do it again. From what I understand they will reinstate when you otherwise have been a good shopper for them and they have reason to reconsider. Realize, though, that at some point you will probably reach some magical unstated 'quota' of jobs with them, so don't wait until then to begin developing relationships with other companies.

That sucks to be basically fired for something as simple as a wrong photo. Mistakes happen jeez.

Thanks. I'm so glad I found this board! I didn't know so many other companies existed! I hope I can get my Market Force cleared up. They don't pay a lot, but it's fun.

Market Force has its good and bad like every other company. They are a lot less hassle to work with than some companies and their payments are overall regular. Their jobs are predictable and are virtually everywhere. They don't pay much but the jobs don't demand much either.

For sure sign up with a lot of companies. I was like you when I first started out and did a bunch of jobs for MF, now I may pick up one or two a month if its convienent or well bonused.

Thanks again. I have not heard back yet. I called again, and this time they said send email with "Attention Supervisor" as subject. Waiting....
Blah.

I have already set up several new shops with different companies! My only hesitation now is when they will pay. I know one is 60 days out (ouch), and Trend Source is 2x a month...but not sure about the others. (BARE, Mercantile Systems, Person to Person...) I'll have to look it up, unless anyone wants to give me a quick link! smiling smiley
