I was assigned the following: Call xxx, call xxx and speak to both about an immediate need to meet with a salesperson. Having made the calls, xxx does not offer Health Insurance for seniors in my area. I called my scheduler, explained the situation and was told to continue with xxx. I made an appointment for a salesperson to come out to my home and he came and stayed nearly two hours. Really nice man. That part alone was worth $45. My scheduler said that since xxx doesn't do health care they would pay me $10 for my efforts, as the error was theirs. The kicker is that after both interactions I would be sent a survey to fill out, for which they would pay me $20. They sent the survey, I filled it out.
Soooooo, I get my check for November shops and it's for $20. That's the problem, and I did nothing wrong and expect to be paid whether they are able to compare the two providers or not.They should have done their homework before assigning the shops.I've emailed the scheduler but have not heard back. I will call next week and try to resolve this issue.
