Warning: Market Force Purple Portal (Certified)

It happened again...they did not pay me for a job. Again I sent them an email and again they said they will process. This has happened several times. And then they paid me $8 for the crappy balloon-blowing job when the scheduler promised me $25.

Make sure you keep a tight leash on this company, and if a scheduler offers you a bonus, make sure you get it in writing.

Sheesh.

Yes, I was told by someone at Purple Portal to get the Scheduler to confirm your conversation in an email or if not, you, yourself, should confirm it with an email to the scheduler if there is something special or a bonus. I am used to documenting anything in my job so I do that automatically. It does not matter if they do not reply at least you have covered their gist of their promise.

You may still get that promised bonus if you write them, stating the date and time of the conversation, with whoever.

Well, Phoebe, I am sorry to hear about that! Maybe you can take some solace in my MF purple sob story....

Last fall, I accepted a shop which was one of those after dark sign audits. I had a couple of days before the shop was to be completed and I thought I could just go in and get my paperwork when I was going to do the shop. URRR Wrong Answer!! I tried to log in only to find my log in didn't work any more. When I called them about it, I was told I was deactivated because I didn't download the paperwork in a timely manner!! Fired!! Grrr!!

Actually, it's been a relief. I did pretty good with their shops, but it wasn't worth the stress. Always different schedulers calling all the time for different jobs. It was almost impossible to keep straight!!!

I hope you get your bonus. Lord knows we work hard enough for every penny we make!!
