Ritter

I just completed my 5th shop with Ritter and never had a problem until now. The guidelines said on even months shop xxxxx and on odd months shop yyyyy; however, it was not clear to me what was meant by xxxxx. I thought it meant one thing and it meant something else.. My report was rejected and I will redo the shop for them on Friday. When I spoke to the scheduler and explained why I shopped it the way that I did she said that the way they wanted to shop it was inferred by the wording. What annoys me is that the shoppers are required to be specific. If I said that a certain meaning on my report was inferred they would reject the report. This is the first time that I have personally ran across this double standard and it is so annoying. Has anyone else ever had this type of issue with Ritter or any other MSC.

BTW: I replaced the actual wording in the guidelines with xxxxx and yyyyy so as not to give away the client.

There are no stupid questions, but there are a lot of inquisitive idiots

When you try to please everybody, you end up pleasing nobody
i did not do the all caps. it was still accepted. no negative consequences.

not a cool explanation given to you, jw. i, myself, would still prefer not to infer, and instead would call for clarification.
The scheduler actually modified the instructions to now make it clear on what is expected.
The last shop I did for them specifically said that for this client they did NOT want all caps. ODD.
Too many MSC's have too-vague or ambiguous instructions for their shops!

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
I use Direct Deposit.
