MSCs Without Contact Information on Their Website

Why do some MSCs make it so damn difficult for their shoppers to contact them? I am so frustrated with Service Sleuth.

I understand. I know of at least two msc (can't remember their names) where you click on the "Contact" link and it states that the link is not valid.
For assistance on this account, please email : scheduling@servicesleuth.com. This is the contact they sent me when I signed up a long time ago. Hope it works for you.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
Mary - I found that email address on one of my old shops and did email them today. We'll see if they respond or not. I have to give TrendSource and Marketforce kudos because they do respond fairly quickly and they don't make a "mystery" out of calling them.
And so today I get a reminder to do the shop I cannot see and could not report if I did the shop!!!!
What about trying the 800 number for HS Brands? 800-723-1150. That number is also listed for a Service Sleuth project coordinator from a past shop email with their specific extension.
I did get a call from Jeff and he sparked a thought as to the problem. He suggested using another browser but as it turned out that was not the problem but it triggered another thought as to the problem. I have 2 different user names as I get SS emails on both email accounts. Sure enough when I entered the second user name it worked and the SS job board showed up with the new shop. I suspect I signed up with Service Sleuth and HS Brands at different times so they have 2 different user names. Jeff will be removing one of them. I appreciate his response as he is the one who has helped me.

There was another scheduler that I had emailed and she wasn't helpful at all.
Same situation with Intelli-Shop.

Clicking on their contact box brings you to a generalized commonly asked questions with answer area.

Useless because your question may not be listed. All you can do is use a scheduler's e mail affixed to a shop posting and hope for the best....
