Sentry Marketing--specific time

I just accepted a shop with them...they require you you to list a very specific time....do they really expect you to show up at that exact time?

I might be able to get there an hour earlier, but I didn't want to list the earlier time in case I didn't make it....but then I might just be sitting in the parking lot for an hour waiting to the time I specified.

It's a generic time. Read your guidelines to make sure what times you can shop

So let's say you picked 12:00 pm. As long as your shop can begin before then, you can arrive at let's say 11:45 and complete your shop at 12 something. If 11:00am was an acceptable alternative start time you just change the time when you submit your report. Their guidelines pretty much cover all of this. If you haven't thoroughly read them your going to be in trouble.

its within the time frame on the guidelines..i haven't reviewed all of the guidelines yet..i'm not going until next week...i don't get why they insist on you listing a specific time if you can just change it when you get there as long as you are within the time frame.....its an all day time frame..

i've had 15 minutes of sleep in the last 24 hours...no point in trying to review anything right now..i plan to do it once i get some rest...

If this is the company that I think it is, restaurant shop, the time is just general. As long as it is within the requested time your fine. I usually put in noon and shop maybe at 1 or 2. Never been a problem.

I agree other than the instructions have black out hours so it's not "all day" as the OP is saying. They need to read all of the instructions!!!

its not a restaurant...i can't stand the restaurant they do...i hate the food...been there twice.....tried a burger once and chicken the other time.....the pay is low and the report is ridiculous.....this one actually has an all day time frame..
If it's the restaurant that's spread across multiple states, I don't think it's ridiculous. The food is actually pretty good for what it is and the report's a LOT shorter than it used to be.

Anyways, the shops are scheduled through Prophet, so that's probably why they're asking.

I've never had any issues with Sentry with a scheduled time vs. my actual time I arrived at the location, as long as I visited within the assignment's required time frame. This is usually stated before you accept the shop and / or within the guidelines.

i know a lot of people like that food.but a lot don't....i don't want to describe the specifics of why people don't as it would be a major tip off as to the restaurant.....and i do know they shortened the report.but the description of how they shortened it doesn't seem to be significant enough for what they pay....
I think I figured which restaurant you are discussing. Regardless, the time is not drop dead.I usually state 6:00 PM, knowing I will arrive sometime between 5:45 and 6:15. They have always been okay with that.
