Happened to be up @ 3a.m. Decided to click on one of my favorites to review my gas shops for the day. Found a new round of fast food shops had hit - Snagged 5.
I enjoy these as a lunch break between other shops.
Did the Review Client Requirements section short quiz. ACED it. Seemed to be the same as before. Made a mental note of questions 1 and 2.
1. Shop is to be performed during lunch - T / F. True passed that one.
2. Lunch hours are "C". 11 am to 1:30 pm. Passed that. Rest was just as easy.
Printed out the managers 2 copy eval and the shopper eval with the debrief code and went on my merry way.
Did lunch at one location. Finished my shops and came home. Noticed the Shopper Eval under days/hours states "Any". Decided to go online and check the client requirements and guess what? They state to shop between 5 pm and 7 pm.
Time to call the MSC. I was informed that my shop was to be conducted between 5 pm and 7 pm. Next, I was informed that the Shopper Eval always stated "ANY". The final insult came when they reviewed the client requirement quiz. I am further informed that the quiz starts with question #3. HUH? Why start a quiz with question #3?
