GFK audit background check for audit program

I was wondering if anyone here knew what type of background check GFK conducts for their electronic store audit program. Is it a level 2 with fingerprints, or just a general background check? Wasn't sure and didn't want to waste time or money with it. Thank you for the help!

Unless you are a masochist or can wrangle a large bonus, I'd pass on this audit. Not sure of the level of check, but it's likely criminal history to make sure you have no theft or assault background.

There's no fingerprinting that I know of...it's just done with info like name address dob, ssn, and dl number as far as I can tell. I had filled out all the forms and concents, just to find out the closest place to do the drug screen is an hour away... So pay $35 to drive an hour each way and pee in a cup and then MAYBE get some work (that I've read more bad than good about) No thanks! I may do it if I can route to the area sometime, but it's not at all high on my priority list!
Thank you all for the information. I have an audit with them today, but it's a non-background check audit. Thanks again for the heads up!
No fingerprinting involved, but you do have to do a drug screen, which you pay for and then they reimburse you after doing a couple of the audits. The audits can be time consuming for the fee offered, but, some people really like doing them.
I honestly enjoy the audits. It takes a few of them to get comfortable with them, but I really cut my time way down and I enjoy the money. I can usually wrangle a bonused one each month.
I have always passed the background check. The cost is low and the check occurs quickly. I don't know what would cause you to fail, but I suspect that criminal convictions might do it since you are entering places of business not open to the public and sometimes the audits are conducted in private residences for small businesses.
