Is anyone else having a problem with their reporting software? I shopped a healthcare seminar for them yesterday and the report was due within 12 hours. I tried to file it as soon as I got home, but I never made it past the first screen, because when I put in the date of the shop (yesterday), I kept getting an error telling me the date was in the future.

Anyway, I dropped them an email on this, and I haven't heard back either on that, or anything asking for my "late" report.

I as well did the Ins. seminar for them yesterday and no problem, went smoothly. There was only one day to do it (yesterday, 16th), that's why I could only do one.

Yeah, but the report wouldn't accept the date. I never made it past the first page.
Has anyone noticed them processing receipts really, really slowly lately? I have some shops since the 15th that say they are still unprocessed. Also, I had some shops from the 30th of last month that had just been processed a few days ago.
You've also got a catch-22 with mailing the materials to them ---you are supposed to report the mailing costs along with your report but that means you have to practically mail it to them on your way home from the seminar.

Cettie, I felt the same way about the mailing. I ran home, did report and didn't know cost of mailing yet. I put in what I thought, which ended up being much lower than actual cost, but couldn't go back in and change cost....so, now what. They do have faxed in receipt, we'll see.

I usually scan and e-mail them my receipts. For the shops where you are supposed to mail them the originals, I've never actually claimed the cost of mailing. Where do you enter that amount? Do you just add it to the reimbursement amount at the end of the shop?
I had a shop that I completed on 11/5 and the receipts were emailed to them. It took them 2 weeks to process them. I also have 4 shops completed on 11/10 that I had to mail in the receipts and they are still in need paperwork status. I also did not know that you can charge them for postage.
Considering the number of seminars they are doing for the current client I suspect that they are absolutely swamped in trying to tie together packages to shops to give credit. The sheer tonnage of material would be daunting. I do one per day of these with a different company that ICCDs has shoppers visit also. The paperwork on these is now up to 2 1/4# per seminar and luckily I do not need to mail mine so I don't bother hauling it all home.

I did receive payment today for two shops done at the end of October. They sat "In Process" seemingly forever, but at least with emailing in my paperwork and invoice it fairly promptly did not show up as "Needs paperwork" or whatever that message is.
We are talking about different shops, mine (ICCDS) you had to mail in tons of books and there is a box in report asking for cost. I think they will take cost from actual receipt from post office not your guess.

Wouldn't it have been a lot easier for them to tell you to discreetly leave the stuff behind so it's not wasted when discarded? I figure they just want the materials back so the client can give the stuff out to legitimate attendees at these things.

They know what's out there, I thought they wanted to see what programs were attended and spoken about...like they don't trust us.

No, ICCDS I feel sure wants them as proof of visit. Supposedly they had a shopper at the seminar I did today, though the attendees came in by twos and if one of them was a shopper they had the perfect mascarade. There was nobody present who I even vaguely would have identified as somebody willing to sit for an hour plus for $15 plus nuisance. I would love to know if the shopper reported on the shop and who they indicated was the presenter since it was not the presenter originally scheduled.
They got the narriator's card as proof. This is an interesting twist on the seminar having a shopper, have to think about that one.
