I'm a freelance Virtual Assistant and part-time Mystery Shopper, and I own an online resale fashion boutique. I've been mystery shopping since 2018. Unlike many, I fell into it by researching ways to make money. I ultimately ended up with a list of 300 ways to make money online and thought I would start a blog featuring all of these 300 different ways to make money. However, once I tried mystery shopping I knew I'd found my gig, my self-starting job. It appealed to me because I could build it as big as I wanted, I answered to no one and I could do the jobs that I wanted and I would never have to rely on anyone else ever again. But best of all, it allowed me to write. I love my newfound freedom and the sense of purpose it provides. Going forward I would love to edit and proofread for some MSCs, as writing is my ideal job. I'm also working on my copywriting skills. I hope to become good enough to eventually write copy for the websites of MSCs. Mystery shopping is an entire niche of copywriting that I'm sure has room for one more copywriter!
