I currently work for a large contract food service company at a state university. I oversee 8 locations with sales of $9.2 million. I have been in the industry for 15+ years and enjoy it very much. I am focused on customer service and product quality. This is why I chose mystery shopping. By no means are my locations perfect, but mystery shopping allows me to see what others do so that I can take ideas back to share with my team and either correct, change or eliminate procedures we currently have in place. I have been mystery shopping now for 5 years and enjoy doing it on the side. It keeps me very active. Plus, the benefits are great as well.
