So I signed up and got the registration email. Clicked the link and

But that was this morning and I haven't been sent a login name. Anyone know if the logins are your phone number or something like that?

They established both the login and the password for me. My user name is the first letter of my first name as a capital letter and then my last name in all lower case. So if my name was Betty Boop my login name would be Bboop. Try logging in using that kind of login name for yourself and a "Lost password" function to see if the system will send you one. Mine is a 6 digit number.
You aren't missing a thing. They don't have a job board. They have outside schedulers who will contact you if there is something in your area.
They call when there's a job in your area. They called for a shop in my mall, did it same day, and all is well...no call means no job. The good news, you don't get bombarded by emails.

Live consciously....
Is anyone a paid member or only free members? I'm always weary of anyone asking for money to shop for them. Administrative fee's sound like bs to me.
Only free member. They have limited numbers of shops in my area and the couple of folks I have known over the years who paid saw no real benefit from it.

There are a few companies out there that have tried free vs paid memberships. With one of them the 'big advantage' is that paid members are supposedly paid faster. Gimme a break!
You sign up with Satisfaction Services with their free registration. SS hires their schedulers. The schedulers may notify you of a job in your area. Some schedulers want you to sign up with them as well. I don't know who is scheduling for them at the moment.
Private Eyes Online is scheduling for them. They usually send out a long e-mail showing all jobs available in the country and you e-mail back to let them know what you are available to do. There are a few projects Satisfaction schedules itself. Those are also scheduled by e-mail.
OK, so the fickle finger of fate jumped in. I've been signed up with them for a month without a peep, I post the question here and all of a sudden a scheduler calls me today for a shop in a couple of weeks. Weird. Thanks to all for the input!

LOL! That was not directed at the previous posting. I think it was the day the day some idiot was on every forum posting about Uggs or something and while the original post got deleted mine didn'tsad smiley

I signed up on the free listing. I get about 2 or 3 offers a year. I don't see a need for paying for something that everyone else offers for free. I doubt there would be any difference in job offers. I have been mystery shopping for 12 years now and do plenty of work with other companies in the Dallas area.
