Restaurant Chain Shops

Hi,

I am in MA and have been doing a little bit of everything to see what I like best. Have enjoyed a couple of the casual restaurant chain shops. I have done the "neighborhood" place and the "line dancing steak chain". I would greatly appreciate any referrals by PM to some other MSC's that are doing restaurant chains. Great way to get a "date night" with the Mrs. and save a little at the same time.

Thanks!

David

Since I am not familiar with who shops whom in your area, just as general suggestions, A Closer Look offers a nice batch of restaurant chains throughout the country, I personally like working with Restaurant Cops (though others seem to have issues), stay away from Restaurant Evaluators as they appear not to paying or communicating with shoppers who they already owe money for months past the due date, Customer Impact has some restaurants, Second to None has some but I have found that the reimbursement does not start to cover the required purchases, Goodwin and Freeman both have restaurants if waiting forever and begginng for your money works for you, and of course Market Force blue portal has some fast food and fast casual opportunities but most of those are for the shopper alone so don't work too well as 'date night'.
David, if you are in northern MA (North Shore, Merrimack Valley) that place where you can see a movie and have dinner at the same time is shopped. That is a perfect date night.

Flash mentions Goodwin. Just a word about them. Where I live (Seacoast NH) their clients tend to be these places with just a few locations. My girlfriend and I have tried out a few resaturants we wouldn't have tried otherwise on Goodwin's dime. The downside is, you have to remind them to pay you.
Thanks Flash, will check those out! I have a Closer Look and Goodwin and Second to None in my arsenal, will check them closer for this and the others that you suggested.

eclark3 - we are in the Worcester area. I am not familiar with the dinner and movie place - sounds like fun!

They are a fun place to see a movie. They have a location in Nashua, NH, which is probably about 50 miles for you. The chairs are bucket seats from old cars, so they're really comfortable.
The food is OK...between fast food and casual dining. The reimbursement is along the lines for a casual dining restaurant, but you have to buy the movie tickets too. So you really will have to think of it as a "date night" instead of being reimbursed for everything.
And after saying Goodwin doesn't pay until they're reminded, I got paid today for a shop from Dec 30 without reminding them.
Hi David, sent you a PM with some MA companies. Live in Reading, MA if anyone has any companies they like to share as well. I mostly do restaurants, casual to high end. Thanks
Thank you so much, I responded to your message with a couple of suggestions as well.

I am just starting out & am on the MA/NH line. Any way to find out what companies you guys are using to get that movie/dinner location (I love that place) or any other restaurant chains? I just signed up for A Closer Look & Market Force.

Thanks.
