Grocery job

A couple days ago I did a grocery store mystery shop and audit. During the second half you're supposed to point out to the manager if there's an issue. I found cleaning issues that didn't just happen. He informed me said the week before he got 100% perfect score. That only happened if the person the week before didn't do their job fully so they didn't have to have issues with the management. What do you think???

I have had all sorts of baloney handed to me when doing revealed shops. I had a gas station in blatant violation of corporate policy trying to tell me that the Zoning Department required he provide the signage he displayed. I don't argue with the turkeys, I just report what I see and if there is a comments section report what baloney I was handed. It is up to corporate to tell the location to make a sandwich of it. When the manager needs to sign the report and refuses because I marked something I saw, I can only tell them it is what I saw and if it was okay with corporate last time, I feel sure it will be okay with them this time. Usually on these things if they refuse to sign there is an opportunity with the report to report manager refusal and then their behind is really in a sling.
If it's the store I think it is, you had to get photos, right? Pictures speak louder than words...

I just had to chime in and note the amazing complexity of the sandwich metaphor used here. LOL
