Hi everyone, I need some quick insight. I can't get a hold of my shop company and I have to turn in my report in 24 hrs. I have a question on my report that asks - - Summarize how the Leasing Professional demonstrated the apartment (or floor plan) and/or property in 5 or more detailed sentences. - - - What on earth are they looking for here? The company website states I can talk to someone M-F, but what if its the weekend and I need a question answered?? This company is EPMS if anyone is familiar with them. Any help would be great. This is my first shop and I have been doing this report for the last 5 hours. I can see why not too many people want to do this type of shop. You really work for that money.
