I've been browsing around this site for a few days and since I like it so much, decided to take the plunge and introduce myself. I have been interested in secret shopping since the days I was working at Blockbuster Video (15 years ago) and I saw my first secret shop score card. I spent a while thinking that these reports were done by professionals who worked for Blockbuster Video. When someone told me that any ole' average joe can do this job, I was intrigued. I didn't do much research until a year or two ago when I did my first shop at a grocery store. I felt like an undercover detective and it was loads of fun. The only problem I have is that I don't live in a big city. I would love to do this full time, but the shops just aren't out there for my area, at least as far as I've been able to tell.
Anyway, glad to be here and looking forward to learning even more.
