The hardest part of a mystery shop is writing the report. You have to know the correct wording to use. Good luck, and let me know if you need help.

I am new also. I have done about 9 of them. 8 of them were sevice station. I tried to do to many at one time. The company I started out with was really good working with new people. My advise to beginners is start out slow and don't try to do to many at one time.

Good advice cstrenio! When I am doing a new-to-me shop I will only do one of them on a particular day. This allows me to actually do the report and replan if necessary how I will handle the shop. On the same trip out I may do 3-4 familiar jobs or more that I am very comfortable doing. Except for shops I am very familiar with, I prefer not do the same shop at a number of locations on the same day just because of the possibility of confusing details between the shops. Repeating the shop at different locations makes it more important to make sure you take good notes between locations.
