Restaurants nowadays give you a nice reimbursement but not much of a report fee. Things have changed as the economy got bad. You can get a nice dinner, but, you need $$ and will be reimbursed in two or so months. Be sure you can afford this before starting. You won't get rich doing restaurants, but you will have some great food. Retail where you don't spend your own $, that pay a fee, anywhere from $7.00 to 20.00 would be a good place to start and build up a reimbursement fund to do restaurants, then try Mercantile, Tell us about us, A Closer Look, etc.
