Shopper Guidelines

Anyone know if there is one location for all the "Shopper Guidelines" that can be accessed. I am finding that they ask you to review them, but they are not given in the app to do so before doing the survey. Help, I am new and need to take the certifications.

What company are you trying to find guidelines for?

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

When you go to apply for the shop you can sometimes view the guidelines. You have to click apply though to see them, just don't apply if you don't want to. You should be able to click apply without going all the way to applying. Sorry, I know that is confusing.

Typically companies don't share the full guidelines in advance of accepting a shop. It's part of keeping the mystery in mystery shoppingsmiling smiley
Joking aside, most companies hold back the full details until they have a shopper commitment to prevent competitive review with no intention to accept. I have seen a couple that will post "general" guidelines about conducting shops on their behalf, but I have yet to see one allow you to review the full details prior to accepting the gig.

If you’re talking about that big company with two different logins I never figured out that either. You’re trying to qualify for things and get certified but you can’t always find the rules for the quizzes. I also didn’t understand (to my detriment) what the pass through was. Use it! Take the quiz. Fail it. Use the pass through to see which were wrong. Otherwise -apply for a shop before getting certified then get the guidelines and pass the quizzes easily.

Is that specific to the acronym that's in my user name? That won't make me happy "You’re trying to qualify for things and get certified but you can’t always find the rules for the quizzes." If it's another company, still doesn't make me happy, I just don't have any control over it...LOL!
